Moscow Apartments are situated close to the banks of the Moskva River along Kutuzovsky prospect, one of Moscow’s main streets. The Red Square is just 4 km away and New and Old Arbat streets, the Kremlin, the Russian government building and the central exhibition hall (Expocenter) are easily accessible.Important information
Please communicate your flight details to us in order to arrange our representative meeting you and handing over the keys to the apartment.
For better service we strongly recommend airport transfers (airport-apartment) for all guests (at an extra charge).
Please contact us to receive our phone number so that you can call us from the airport or at least one hour before arriving at the apartments.
Alternatively you may also pick up the keys at our office (Monday-Friday 10:00-18:30).

Cancellation Policy: Please note, if cancelled or modified, a fixed amount of RUB 4000.00 will be charged.
In case of no-show, a fixed amount of RUB 4000.00 will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged RUB 500.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of RUB 4000 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is included.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.
Meal Plan: Breakfast is not included and costs RUB 760.00 per person.
Parking: No parking available.
Pets: Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.
