Original twelfth century castle, re-built in 1838. De Berckt is located on the Meuse, in its own park of 14 ha. The park has many century old and exotic trees within the garden walls. The stylish arrangements of Castle de Berckt offer you a surprising leisure feeling. Your group will have its own wing with own sitting area and/or cafe. Your stay will be even more pleasant with the friendly staff and the flexibility.
From 170 persons you can have the exclusive use of Castle de Berckt. In combination with adjacent accommodation and camping facilities on the estate, you can stay here with much larger groups, even more than 400 persons. Big events are often organised and booked a long time in advance.
Berckt Active
It is a fabulous event anyway when you are the temporary resident of Castle de Berckt with such a large group. The team of Berckt Active can also arrange an active programme. Not only on its own grounds of 14 ha, but also in the wide proximity. There are various sports fields. And several rooms for the most diversified use. Imagine that. People will talk about it for years to come!
Castle de Berckt is more and more used by groups with a spiritual background. It seems that after the period of individualism and superficiality community and deepening are once more at the order of the day.
